Partaking in the Colombo Wetland Fair – Living In a Wetland City
The Colombo Wetland Fair – ‘Living in a Wetland City’ was held at Diyasaru Park on 2nd February to commemorate World Wetlands Day 2019. The students and academic staff of the Department of Environmental Technology have partaken in the celebration with their stall, demonstrating gro樂威壯
undwater quality measuring instruments. Knowledge regarding the importance of wetlands to upkeep the groundwater quality was shared with the participants.
